Do Kyeom Kim is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice group at Lee & Ko, with experience in cross-border M&A and JV transactions, and represents both domestic and foreign clients in inbound and outbound deals. Some of the recent deals that Do Kyeom has worked on include LG Energy Solution’s establishment of a JV with Honda Motors in Ohio, LG Chemical’s establishment of a JV with Eni in Korea, and LG Energy Solution’s acquisition of convertible notes from Novonix.
