About Dahye Cho

Dahye Cho is a partner in Lee & Ko's private equity practice group and banking and finance practice group. Her practice mainly focuses on private equity funds and capital markets compliance matters. She also has experience in assisting clients in matters relating to corporate governance and M&A. Her representative cases include the acquisition of shares in Doosan Solus (listed on KOSPI) by Skylake Equity Partners, the acquisition of shares in Vin Group (listed company of Vietnam) by SK Group and the establishment of a joint venture between SK Group, IMM PE and other investors.
