About Kiri Yi

Kiri Yi is a partner in the Arbitration & Litigation practice group at Lee & Ko. As a member of Tech and AI team, he is in charge of handling AI disputes and lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Mr Yi served for 19 years as a judge/presiding judge in the Korean judiciary. He has extensive experience in litigation practice, having presided over numerous cases in various areas and courts during his term on the bench, including intellectual property cases at Seoul Central District Court and Seoul High Court. He has been appointed as Director of Judicial Research at the Supreme Court Library, and was in charge of selecting and publishing significant Supreme Court cases.
