Kwang Bae Park

The firm provides advice and representation to major telecommunication companies on its civil and criminal lawsuits stemming from a data breach, represents various companies in civil litigation regarding a security breach, has represented several high-profile open-marketplace operators in civil litigation in relation to data breaches, and advised various global online and offline service providers on privacy and data security matters. It has also advised a major online platform company on the transfer of personal information of its customers following its spin-off, among others.
