About Il Shin Lee

Il Shin Lee is a partner in the TMT practice group and the Tech & AI team at Lee & Ko, working on TMT and IT aspects of AI-related matters. He primarily focuses on the areas of corporate law, M&A, broadcasting, IT and technology, including AI. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has worked on a number of complex cases involving M&A, contracts, technology, media, telecommunications and AI. He routinely represents clients in data protection and breach issues and devises corporate data protection compliance programmes. He currently serves as a member of the AI Legal Framework Task Force at the Ministry of Science and ICT.
