About Il Shin Lee

Il Shin Lee is a partner in the TMT practice group and Tech and AI team at Lee & Ko, working on TMT and IT aspects of AI-related matters. Mr Lee primarily focuses on the areas of corporate law, M&A, broadcasting, IT and technology, including AI. After joining the firm in 2014, he worked on a number of complex cases involving M&A, contracts, TMT, AI and other corporate issues. He routinely represents clients in data protection and breach issues and devises corporate data protection compliance programmes. He serves as a member of the AI Legal Framework Task Force at the Ministry of Science and ICT.
