About Jaewoo Kwak

Jaewoo Kwak is a partner in IP practice group at Lee & Ko, specialising in intellectual property law that requires a deep understanding of both technology and legal frameworks. Also, as a member of the Tech and AI Team, he handles a host of IP issues in the AI field. He works in a wide range of civil and criminal disputes over IP rights, such as patents, trade marks, unfair competition, copyrights, trade secrets, design, domain names, employee invention, licensing and entertainment. Mr Kwak develops and delivers systematic and efficient compliance and risk management solutions using AI and e-discovery/forensics to clients and handles software licensing disputes.
