About Jee In Kim

Jee In Kim is one of the core members of the real estate practice group at Lee & Ko. Her practice covers numerous domestic and overseas real estate projects and transactions, with a special focus on using collective investment vehicles, which maximises her expertise as both a real estate and financial compliance specialist. Throughout her career, she has advised on various inbound and outbound real estate transactions, including the development, sale and purchase, financing and leasing of commercial buildings, hotels, residential assets and logistics centres located not only in Korea but all over the world including the US, the UK, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden and Japan.
