About Jungmin Pak

Jungmin Pak joined Lee & Ko in 2011 and has focused primarily on project financing. Starting with orthodox SOC projects conducted through PPP schemes, his involvement has gradually expanded to cover conventional/renewable energy projects as well as real estate. With his insights obtained by acting on numerous and varied projects, he has played a significant role in many key cross-border transactions involving the financing and acquisition of many large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. He also advises many global energy companies seeking business opportunities in Korea, in particular in respect to energy projects, both as to regulatory and financing matters.
