Junghwan (Justin) Maeng
is a partner at Lee & Ko and a specialist in international IP litigation. He majored in computer science and developed software at Seoul National University and IBM. He took a doctorate in law, studied at Stanford Law School and worked at Morgan Lewis in Silicon Valley. He has handled significant cross-border IP disputes, such as POSCO v Nippon Steel, and transactions. He is serving as a chair of the North and South America Committee in the Seoul Bar Association, and as a counsel to various governmental committees. He has published numerous papers on IP and technology law.
