About Jung-Ho Ryu

Jung-Ho Ryu is a partner of Lee & Ko’s tax practice group. His practice focuses on the areas of finance, M&A, and international and corporate tax matters. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he worked as a portfolio manager in Allianz Global Investors and also passed the US Certified Public Accountant examination. A co-author of Online Tax Commentary by Thomson-Reuters Korea, he is a member of the Korean Bar Association and earned his Taxation LLM degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
