About Sangmin Kim

Sangmin Kim is a partner at Lee & Ko’s environmental law practice group, where she advises clients on a wide range of matters related to Korea’s environmental laws and regulations. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Sangmin served as in-house counsel in Samsung Electronics Co Ltd’s global legal affairs team. She holds an LLB and a JD from Seoul National University School of Law and an LLM from Stanford Law School, specialising in environmental law and policy. Sangmin was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2015 and New York State Bar in 2023.
