Seung Hwan Lee
is a partner in Lee & Ko’s M&A practice group. He primarily practises in the areas of M&A, corporate governance, foreign investment, hostile takeovers and defence, and corporate restructuring. Seung Hwan was admitted to the Korean Bar with the honour of winning the Chief Justice Award in 2007. Since joining Lee & Ko, he has advised numerous corporations on M&A transactions. In 2015 and 2016, he worked as an international lawyer at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He has written for several legal publications on corporate law and M&A issues in Korea and the USA.
