About Suhhee Han

Suhhee Han is co-head of the Digital Asset Centre at Lee & Ko and a first-generation digital asset specialist with distinguished expertise in data protection and cybersecurity. With over ten years of experience, she has successfully navigated complex regulatory issues including VASP registration, AML internal control systems, ISMS certification and overseas stablecoin issuance advisory. She holds a PhD in law from Seoul National University, with her doctoral research focused on digital asset regulation, bringing academic depth to her practice in the VAUPA and the Capital Markets Act. She is also recognised for her work in innovative financial services regulatory sandboxes and new business model advisory.
