Tae Hyung Kim
is a 20-year veteran of IP law, with expertise in cross-border litigation and licensing transactions. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he was Vice President of IP Licensing at Samsung Electronics’ IP Center. His representative matters include dozens of high-profile disputes in semiconductor, telecommunications, display, LED and other sectors; patent and trade mark disputes in Korea representing international clients; IP licensing negotiations and related transactions; advising international clients regarding their Korean IP portfolios; and advising international clients on IP-related governance issues. Tae is a member of the California Bar, and AIPPI’s Korea chapter.
