About Tae Jung Kim

Tae Jung Kim is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice group of Lee & Ko. He focuses on the areas of M&A, Corporate Governance and Start-Ups. Tae Jung has worked on, among other deals, LG Energy Solution’s establishment of a joint venture with Hyundai Motor Group in Georgia, Emart’s acquisition of shares in Starbucks Coffee Korea, and Rebellions’ Series B funding by Korea Development Bank, Bear Robotics’ acquisition of LG Electronics’ robotics business, Essex Solutions (a US affiliate of LS Group)’s pre-IPO fundraising, and Spoon Lab’s fundraising from Krafton.
