Yoo Lim Oh
is a member of Lee & Ko’s International Arbitration Team. Ms Oh handles a wide spectrum of arbitration matters under the rules of major institutions, including the KCAB, SIAC, and ICC. Her practice also extends to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments within the Republic of Korea. She regularly advises clients on inbound and outbound cross-border disputes across various industries, including commercial matters, construction, and investor–state disputes.
