About Chang-Mo An

Chang-Mo An is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, specialising in antitrust and competition law. His career includes roles at the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, Sojong Partners, and as a deputy director at the Fair Trade Commission (2015–2020). At the KFTC, he was part of the South Korean delegation to the OECD Competition Committee. An active international contributor, he writes for GCR Insight and lectures on fair trade at universities, companies, and public agencies. He also provides fair trade compliance programme consulting to major South Korean corporations in response to revisions in the Fair Trade Act.
