About Changkwon Kim

Changkwon Kim is a partner and a team leader of the healthcare team at Yoon & Yang. He has expertise in IP matters, product liability, bankruptcy and corporate rehabilitation, and healthcare disputes. He began his career as a judge, and held various positions and retired as a presiding judge at the Seoul Bankruptcy Court. Changkwon has actively contributed to IP-related publications, including on trade secrets and copyright.
