Gil Sang Cho
is an associate at the Firm. He advises Korean and multinational corporations on antitrust matters involving merger control, interface between antitrust law and intellectual property rights, abuse of dominance, corporate leniency programmes, unfair business practice, subcontracting, franchising, multi-level marketing, false advertisement and administrative/civil/criminal procedures. Before joining the firm, he was a public service advocate at Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office, Jeonju District Prosecutors’ Office and Human Rights of Women and Children Division of the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
