About Dongju Kwon

Dongju Kwon is a partner and head of the IP practice group at Yoon & Yang. His main practice area is IP litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He was admitted to the Korean Bar in 1994 and served as a chief judge and presiding judge for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience and excels in crafting logical arguments and presenting relevant evidence in consideration of the judges’ perspectives. Dongju's clients include SK Innovation, SK Chemicals and Hanmi Pharma.
