About Dongwon Jung

Dongwon Jung is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, specialising in international trade law. A former investigator for the Korea Trade Commission (KTC), he handled key WTO disputes and negotiations for the government on anti-dumping and countervailing duties. For his outstanding work, he received a Presidential Commendation at the 57th Trade Day ceremony for special contributions to trade remedies. Dongwon currently advises public and private sector clients on WTO/FTA matters and represents numerous companies in trade remedy cases, export controls and customs issues.
