About Hyejin Woo

Hyejin Woo is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC, specialising in international trade. She has represented the government of Korea in US countervailing duty investigations concerning Korean cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plates, corrosion-resistant steel products and other steel items, and has acted for Korean domestic industries in numerous anti-dumping petition cases. Hyejin advises Korean companies on emerging international trade regulations, including the Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS and Science Act, and provides comprehensive counsel on export controls and financial sanctions in Korea, the USA and the EU. In 2025, she received a commendation from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Resources for her contributions to Korea’s response to foreign trade-remedy actions.
