About Jeongju Jahng

Jeongju Jahng is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. He was in charge of the WTO disputes involving anti-dumping and countervailing duty measures during his service for the Korean government. He also participated in various free trade agreement negotiations as a member of the Korean delegation. Jeongju successfully defended the Korean government in an investor dispute with a US citizen alleging that the seizure of her property was illegal. He provides domestic and foreign companies with legal advice on various legal issues under treaties and international agreements, including WTO agreements, investment treaties and numerous FTA agreements.
