About Jung Mo Hong

Jung Mo Hong is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC specialising in employment and labour law. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Seoul National University and earned his JD from Korea University Law School. Mr Hong passed the fifth Korean Bar examination and has developed extensive expertise in various areas of labour law, including illegal dispatch, unfair dismissal, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, organisational transformation and labour union matters. In honour of his professional excellence, he was recognised as a “Rising Star” in labour law in 2024 and has contributed to numerous authoritative publications on employment law.
