Sang Oh Jeon is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and head of the competition & antitrust group. His main practice area is antitrust & competition, with approximately 20 years of experience. He has advised not only major South Korean conglomerates such as Samsung, Hyundai Motors, SK, LG, Hanwha, GS, LS, and Hyundai Department Store but also major multinational corporations such as UBS and Panasonic in responding to the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s investigations regarding various issues including cartels, unfair trade practices, violation of the Subcontracting Act, the retail business law, and the franchise business law.
