About Sihoon Yang

Sihoon Yang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. Sihoon was previously a judge of the Seoul High Court, where he handled major cases and diverse types of labour issues including illegal dispatches, ordinary wages, legal status as an employee, wrongful terminations, unfair labour practices, the salary peak system and issues relating to the use of dispatched and fixed-term employees.
