Paul S Rhee is a senior foreign attorney and partner at Yoon & Yang. He has been practising in South Korea for over 20 years, advising multinational corporations on M&A and antitrust matters involving merger control, the interface between antitrust law and intellectual property rights, abuse of dominance, cartels and corporate leniency programmes, unfair business practice and administrative/civil/criminal procedures. He has co-authored numerous chapters and publications in his field of expertise. He is a member of the American, Connecticut, District of Columbia and National Asian Pacific American Bar Associations.
