About Young Kang Eo

Young Kang Eo is a partner at Yoon & Yang whose main practice areas are product liability-related disputes, construction, real estate, disputes and arbitration. He has successfully defended an automobile distributor in a litigation arising out of an allegedly defective braking system. He is also currently handling several product liability litigations involving a data centre fire, the explosion of self-propelled artillery and burning golf carts. He analyses and identifies the characteristics of each dispute that he handles from a juridical perspective based on his experience as a judge in numerous courts, including the Seoul Central District Court.
