About Young Min Kang

Young Min Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang. He advises Korean and multinational corporations on antitrust matters involving merger control, the interface between antitrust law and intellectual property rights, abuse of dominance, corporate leniency programmes, unfair business practice, subcontracting, franchising, multi-level marketing, false advertising and administrative/civil/criminal procedures. Before joining the firm, he was an associate in the antitrust practice group at Kim, Choi & Lim and a public service advocate at the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
