Young Woong handles tax litigation, tax audit, tax issues on cross-border M&As, overseas legislative consulting, tax planning strategies and the tax consequences of a wide range of businesses. He provides extensive tax advice to major Korean conglomerates on the OECD Pillars and IRA tax credits, as well as cutting-edge legal advice for blockchain-related companies and cryptocurrency exchange. Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Young Woong experienced various tax practices as a CPA at the international tax team of PwC Samil.
