About Ghyo-Sun Park

Ghyo-Sun Park is a senior partner at Shin & Kim, focusing on commercial litigation including intellectual property, product liability, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and international arbitration. Mr Park has been involved in many significant patent infringement cases and product liability cases including the first Korean tobacco litigation. He has also provided legal advice to SBS, the premier private broadcasting station and KBL, a popular professional sports entity. Mr Park serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Korea Trade Commission. He was elected as President of the KIPLA (Korean Intellectual Property Lawyers Association) in 2021.
