About Dae Kun Jang

Dae Kun Jang is a partner at Shin & Kim and is active in providing legal advice in a wide range of financial transactions. His main areas of practice include acquisition financing, project financing, SOC and infrastructure financing, data privacy, and fintech. Mr Jang has also been involved in asset management, IPO, PEF, and a variety of mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
