About Han Soon Choi

Han Soon Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim. His main practice areas include legal consultation and litigation related to antitrust/competition, public law (administrative) litigation, civil litigation involving commercial enterprises and criminal litigation. He served as a judge for over 20 years from 2001 and retired as a judge of the Seoul High Court, where he was in charge of antitrust/competition and labour cases as a head judge and presiding judge in the administrative division and also in charge of tax cases as an associate judge while serving at the same court, and dealt with administrative cases at the Daejeon High Court.
