About Han Soon Choi

Han Soon Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim, who primarily focuses on legal consultation and litigation related to antitrust/competition, public law (administrative) litigation, civil litigation involving commercial enterprises, criminal litigation, etc. Mr Choi served as a judge for over 20 years and retired as a judge of the Seoul High Court (head judge). At the Seoul High Court, he was in charge of antitrust/competition and labour cases as a head judge and presiding judge in the Administrative Division. Based on such experience, Mr Choi has built special expertise in antitrust/competition and other administrative cases.
