About Yong Hee Kim

Yong Hee Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr Kim focuses his practice primarily on representing domestic and foreign financial institutions and corporate and sponsor borrowers in financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate project finance, structured finance and other financing transactions. Mr Kim also advises domestic and foreign clients on Korean banking and securities laws and other general matters. He is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
