About Yun Ho Choi

Yun Ho Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim focusing on asset management, private equity, and alternative investments. He frequently advises Korea Venture Investment Corporation and major pension funds on complex investment structures, fund formation, and offshore investments. Mr Choi co-authored the South Korea chapter for the Chambers Global Practice Guide on Banking Regulation. He serves on the Alternative Investment Advisory Committee for the Ministry of Finance and Economy and holds an LLM from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.
