About Chul Man Kim

Chul Man Kim is a partner at Yulchon who mainly practises in the areas of finance disputes and insolvency matters. Before joining Yulchon, he served as a judge at the Seoul Southern District Court and the Seoul District Court and worked for 20 years as a litigator at Kim & Chang. Mr Kim played a pivotal role in cross-border insolvency when he represented Samsun Logix in the first occasion that the English courts granted recognition of a South Korean rehabilitation proceeding under the CBIR in the United Kingdom.
