About Soojung Lee

Soojung Lee is a foreign attorney admitted in California, and the deputy head of Yulchon’s labour and employment practice and its Workplace Investigations and Disputes Centre. She advises domestic and foreign multinational companies in relation to all manner of labour and employment matters in Korea, including workforce reduction, employee and executive termination, sexual and non-sexual harassment claims, collective labour relations, discrimination, use of non-regular workers, and general employment-law compliance. A native Korean speaker, she has extensive legal and business experience in both Korea and the US and has been recognised as a leading individual in the labour and employment field in Korea by prestigious international and domestic publications and directories.
