Sang Wook Cho
is a partner and head of the labour and employment practice at Yulchon, who practises primarily in the areas of labour and employment and workplace investigations. A veteran labour law practitioner, Mr Cho advises leading domestic companies and major foreign corporations that have entered or wish to enter the Korean market on all manner of labour and employment matters. He is very active in the team’s robust and growing workplace investigations practice, as the head of Yulchon’s cross-disciplinary Workplace Investigations and Disputes Centre.
