She provides counsel on cross-border data transfers, data governance frameworks, compliance, and incident response while managing data protection issues in M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-merger integration. Actively supporting e-commerce, TMT, and fintech clients, she guides global businesses expanding in Korea. As an officer of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum and co-chair of AMCHAM’s ICT Committee, she frequently speaks at global conferences on ICT and data privacy.
