Anomi Wanigasekera
is an attorney-at-law called to the Bar, and joined Julius & Creasy in 1984. She is the senior partner of the firm and also head of the intellectual property division. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Wales as well as diplomas in intellectual property law. She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and chairs the INTA Anti-counterfeiting South Asia Subcommittee for the term 2024–2025. She is also a member, councillor and the vice-president of the Sri Lanka Group of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). She has contributed to many local and international journals. She has extensive experience of over 41 years in all aspects of intellectual property law.
