About Sabeera Shariff

Sabeera Shariff is an attorney-at-law and is a senior associate of Julius & Creasy. She was called to the Bar in 2014 and joined the firm in 2016. Sabeera holds a master’s degree (LLM) from the University of Colombo and was awarded the best student in the Intellectual Property certificate course, based on merit. Sabeera is currently reading for an MPhil at the University of Colombo, in Intellectual Property Law. Sabeera has contributed to several international journals and guides. She is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and serves as the country representative on APAA’s copyright committee. Sabeera is widely experienced in enforcement and prosecution of intellectual property law.
