About Kathryn Dodds

Kathryn Dodds advises gunnercooke’s clients across the crypto, Web3 and emerging tech eco-system, as well as clients in the creative sector. She has particular expertise in relation to: (i) working with DAOs and new forms of corporate structure for Web3 projects, including leading on structuring considerations for selling a DAO and exit considerations for key token holders; (ii) helping companies and investors with fundraising documentation; and (iii) advising Web3 clients on the crypto and commercial elements of contentious matters. Kathryn is the crypto-assets lead at the Institute of Directors and was part of the DAO working group at the FMLC, as well as working with the Law Committee regarding DAOs.
