He served as buyers'/borrowers’ counsel to Aiteo Eastern E&P Company Ltd on its USD2.85 billion acquisition of Oil Mining Lease 29 and Nembe Creek Pipeline, Shell’s second largest asset worldwide. He also advised LADOL Integrated Logistics Enterprise (LADOL) in negotiating a USD350 million joint venture between LADOL and Samsung Heavy Industries Company, Korea for Total’s first in country fabrication and integration of an FPSO for EGINA. Ayuli is a member of the Nigerian Gas Association and Vice Chair of the business law section of the Nigerian Bar Association.
