He served as buyers'/borrowers’ counsel to Aiteo Eastern E&P Company on its USD2.85 billion acquisition of Oil Mining Lease 29, Shell’s second largest asset worldwide. He also advised LADOL Integrated Logistics Enterprise in negotiating a USD350 million joint venture between LADOL and Samsung Heavy Industries Company for Total’s first-in-country fabrication and integration of a floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) for EGINA. He is vice chair of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.
