About Sergio Papini

Sergio Papini is a lawyer and accountant with more than 15 years of experience practising Brazilian law. He is a professor of tax law, and partner of QCA’s tax team. He has broad experience in Brazilian tax planning, legal structuring of corporate investments, reorganisation of business groups and their operations, wealth/succession planning (holdings, funds, offshores, etc), incentives and expertise with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. He has a master’s degree in Tax Law, from USP and he is the President of Alagoas Tax Professionals Association (ATRIAL) and member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT).
