Rodrigo Accioly is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience practising Brazilian law, and is a partner of QCA’s tax team. He has experience in defending companies in the financial, construction, petrochemical, transport, automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, agribusiness and retail sectors. He has also been a Legislative Consultant at the Pernambuco State Legislative Assembly for ten years, and has broad experience in Value-Added Sales Tax (ICMS)/VAT) and financial policy, as well as sectoral tax incentives.
