About Ricardo Varejão

Ricardo Varejão is a senior partner and head of the tax team of Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia. He has 20 years of professional experience mainly focused on tax law. He has broad experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation defending multinationals and large domestic companies, especially on local and state tax issues. He has a master’s degree in Tax Law from PUC/SP, and he is also Municipal Attorney at the Attorneys’ Office of the Municipality of Recife. He was President of the Strategic Legal Committee of AMCHAM – Recife. Ricardo is ranked by Chambers and Partners Brazil Tax: North East as Band 2.
