Catherine M Karatzas
is a managing partner in the firm. She specialises in corporate, banking, and capital markets law. She has participated in some of the most significant transactions for the Greek economy (the Greek government debt restructuring, the first issuance of Hellenic bonds after the onset of the fiscal crisis and the National Bank of Greece's second recapitalisation (the first one being under the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive in Europe). Catherine has acted as counsel to major Greek and international clients in major equity offerings of listed issuers, M&A and tender offers in Greece. She is a member of the Athens and New York Bar Associations.
