Iliana Ioannou is an associate at Karatzas & Partners. She specialises in securities, corporate and capital markets law, and also practises banking and finance law. Iliana’s practice in securities, banking and capital markets law includes Greek and international securities offerings and provision of advice to companies listed on the Athens Exchange on their corporate governance obligations, as well as to international banks and other institutions on their regulatory and other requirements, for providing banking, investment and other regulated services in Greece.
